·         Candidate will report into the CIO

·         The candidate should have reasonable experience in studying evolving technology trends and business model shifts in the industry

·         Candidate should be a follower of large technology companies and their product/ solution strategies

·         Candidate should have knowledge and experience with Mergers & Acquisition activity in technology industry and understanding of its implications

·         Experience in technology services strategy aligned to BPM business model design

·         Understanding changing customer needs and its implications on technology industry

·         Candidate should have knowledge and experience with Networks (LAN/WAN/Network security), Telecommunications (contact centre technology), Systems, storage, cloud computing and end user compute

·         Should be well verse with areas of emerging technologies such as cognitive computing, internet of things (IoT), blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and automation

·         Knowledge and experience with ITSM processes and workflow

·         Aid the CIO in determining and establishing appropriate IT management approach and vendor agreement review
