·         Should have worked on Oracle Fusion HCM module for a few implementation /Support projects.

·         Should be well versed with development in the HCM module in Oracle Fusion

·         Should have development experience in Oracle finance module of atleast 7 years and overall experience of 9 to 10 years.

·         Should be well versed with AIM methodology

·         Should be strong on ADF  and must have worked on web services and handling of interfaces is a must

·         Should have worked on Reports

·         Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer management skills
