·         Should have worked on Oracle Fusion HCM module for a few implementation /Support projects.

·         Should be well versed with configuring the HCM module in Oracle Fusion

·         Should have experience in Oracle HCM module of atleast 7 years and overall experience of 9 to 10 years.

·         Should be well versed with Configuration in Core HR, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Absence management, Oracle Time and labor.

·         Should be well versed with AIM methodology

·         Should have done blueprinting ,  fit gap analysis , creating requirement documents and specifications , doing system testing in Oracle Fusion projects

·         Should have experience in setting up enterprise structure, workforce structure, employee self-service and manager self-service.

·         Knowledge of handing interfaces is a must.

·         Consulting experience would be a plus.
