èMasters in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3+ èyears of developing and\or supporting critical software applications. Experience in ITIL Service Delivery and Support, preferably with a formal ITIL qualification (or their equivalents outside of the ITIL framework).
èKnowledge of .Net/SQL
èExperience working independently and as part of a team to debug application issues working with configuration files\databases, application log files, apply production upgrades and support the products and technologies
èAbility to read and understand ERDs using data modeling tools.
èHave a working understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate incident and project status, issues, and resolutions.
èExtensive problem solving and debugging skills
èExperience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's
èExperienced in Problem and Incident Management
èExperience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures
èExperience with working in an ITIL environment
èExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
èWilling and able to contribute to development activities including bug assessment and bug-fixing.
èFlexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice
